Join the Agent Assist (Salesforce) automation team to build, maintain, and extend end-to-end automated test suites for Web, API and mobile flows. Work closely with developers, QA and DevOps to keep CI/CD pipelines and reporting reliable.
Key Responsibilities- Should have proven track-record in implementing GenAI use cases in Automation testing to improve overall efficiency.
- Design, optimize, and evaluate prompts for LLMs to achieve precise and contextually appropriate outputs across diverse use cases.
- Architect and implement dynamic context management strategies, including session memory, retrieval-augmented generation, and user personalization to enhance agent performance.
- Integrate, fine-tune, and orchestrate LLMs within automation frameworks.
- Build and manage complex conversational and agent workflows using frameworks like Lang Graph to support multi-agent or multi-step solutions.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines to continuously improve prompt effectiveness, context handling, and overall agent performance.
- Design, implement and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework and Python for Web, API and mobile (Appium) test suites.
- Create and maintain mobile automation scripts (Appium) for iPad test scenarios and troubleshoot device/session issues.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline scripts (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to run, collect and publish test results and reports.
- Integrate and manage test reporting (Robot reports, HTML email templates, artifacts) and automate post-build steps.
- Implement API tests (Playwright Request API or Python HTTP clients) and combine API+UI flows where needed.
- Triage automation failures, debug flaky tests, and coordinate with product/dev teams to resolve CDEX/blocker items.
- Write clear, maintainable test utilities, fixtures and helper libraries; enforce test data handling and tagging strategy.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and code reviews.
- ~ 4 years professional experience in test automation or software QA.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Robot Framework or Selenium with Java/Python or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation (iOS/iPad).
- Experience writing/maintaining Jenkins pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows.
- Familiar with API testing (requests, Playwright Request API or similar) and JSON/XML validation.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, test reporting, artifact management and automated email notifications.
- Comfortable debugging build failures, shell scripting, and reading/modifying Groovy pipeline scripts.
- Basic understanding of SCM tools like GitHub, GitLab or SVN and project management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, etc.
- Good communication skills and experience collaborating across QA, DevOps and engineering teams.
- Experience with Playwright (Python) for API or UI tests.
- Prior exposure to enterprise proxies, HAR recording and test parallelization.
- Experience with test flakiness analysis and reliability engineering for tests.
- Prior work experience with Salesforce automation.
- Selenium or Playwright, Robot Framework, Appium, Python or any other automation framework, GitHub.
- Having exposure to Jenkins (Groovy pipelines) as pipeline and GitHub Actions.
- Willing to work in Shift Duties, Willingness to learn is very important as AT&T offers excellent environment to learn Digital Transformation skills such as cloud etc.
