Cricexec seeks a Safeguarding & Workforce Manager to lead safeguarding across Worcestershire cricket programmes, guiding clubs and volunteers to uphold welfare standards and to drive inclusion and workforce development.
You will work within the Foundation's senior leadership team, delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and developing volunteer networks, while coordinating coach and official education across Worcestershire and Dudley.
