The King's School, Worcester is seeking to appoint an inspirational Cricket Coach on a fixed term contract for the Summer Term 2026. As part of our dedicated staff team, the successful candidate will deliver engaging coaching sessions, sharing their passion for the sport and motivating pupils of all abilities to achieve at high levels. If you're a coach with passion, dedication, and the desire to develop young talent in a vibrant educational setting we would love to hear from you.
We're looking for applicants who can demonstrate:
- A Cricket coaching qualification and experience of coaching
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of player development
- The ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism with staff, pupils, parents and other stakeholders at all times
- A history of working with high level performers would be beneficial.

Working pattern and contract:
The role is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, term time only. This role is a fixed term position, commencing as soon as possible after 16th April 2026 (subject to successful pre-employment checks) until the end of the summer term 2026.
