Oxfordshire Cricket is seeking a proactive Women and Girls Officer to lead the county's strategy to grow participation among women and girls in cricket. The role involves delivering sessions in schools and communities, linking girls to clubs and pathways, and expanding women’s and girls’ sections across the county.
You will work with clubs, schools and local authorities to promote All Stars/Dynamos and develop coaching and officiating pathways, with travel within Oxfordshire and flexible hours
