We are looking for a Cleaning Operative who is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout The Bowl to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for clients, employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning responsibilities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and dusting surfaces through office spaces, hospitality areas and surrounding grounds.
- Moving and emptying waste bins, sanitising and disinfecting restrooms and changing rooms.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including performing deep cleaning tasks, and handling of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hampshire Cricket at a time of significant growth and opportunity for the Club. This is a hands‑on maintenance role which is focused on ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm, with regular evening and weekend work during the season for matchdays and major events.
Location: Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.
Salary: £26,520
