KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Delivering outstanding service to guests, creating welcoming and memorable experiences.
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to ensure smooth service across bar, front-of-house, and dining areas.
  • Learning about our food, drink, and menus to confidently guide and assist guests.
  • Maintaining high standards in presentation, setup, and breakdown of your area.
  • Assisting with stock, payments, and keeping your workspace organized and efficient.
  • Following all Health and Safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe.
