  • Monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols and inspections of the stadium and partner premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Ensure all incidents, accidents, breaches and suspicious activity are correctly recorded and reported in line with company procedures and Health & Safety policy.
  • Identify potential risks, hazards and maintenance issues, escalating appropriately to the relevant teams to protect people and property.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, disturbances and medical incidents, liaising with the Safety Team, Police and emergency services where necessary.
  • Promote high standards of professionalism and accountability within the team through regular briefings, shift handovers and one‑to‑one meetings.
  • Complete required administrative duties and reports, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider Safety and Operations teams as directed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing or supervising a security team within a large, high‑footfall environment such as a sports stadium, entertainment venue or shopping centre.
  • A valid, in‑date SIA Door Supervisor licence and Level 2 Award in CCTV Operations.
  • Experience operating CCTV systems, including reviewing and downloading footage to support investigations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge appropriately and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A calm, professional approach to handling incidents and difficult situations.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.
  • Good IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a front‑facing role.
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Spectator Safety would be advantageous.
