Lancashire Cricket's Sports Science and Medicine Team is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to join a multidisciplinary setup. You will work across Boys Academy, EPP, pathway squads and Senior Men’s teams, helping players meet high-performance demands while minimising injuries.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a salary of Β£24,000-Β£28,000. You’ll collaborate with physiotherapists and use GPS data to tailor long-term athlete development in cricket.
