Job Opportunity
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES- Delivering outstanding service to guests, creating welcoming and memorable experiences
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to ensure smooth service across bar, front-of-house, and dining areas
- Learning about our food, drink, and menus to confidently guide and assist guests
- Maintaining high standards in presentation, setup, and breakdown of your area
- Assisting with stock, payments, and keeping your workspace organized and efficient
- Following all Health and Safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe
- SMART: We use our knowledge and expertise to ensure that everything we do looks, sounds and feels high quality
- ATTENTIVE: We are open and welcoming to all, always paying close attention to people’s needs
