Hampshire Cricket Board is growing its team as we embark on an exciting new chapter with our four-year strategy, Breaking Boundaries.
We are currently looking for a Community Development Manager who will play a vital role in helping Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) achieve its mission to inspire, empower, and connect communities through cricket.
With the Head of Operations and Programmes, you will lead HCB's strategy to make cricket more accessible for people in underserved communities.
Working closely with colleagues you will manage the expansion of HCB’s Chance to Shine Street and Lord’s Taverners Wicketz programmes, oversee the MCC Foundation Hub programme county wide and develop relationships with a range of partners in our urban communities.
