Durham Cricket is recruiting a Men’s Head Coach to lead the Professional Men's Team from Banks Homes Riverside, Chester-le-Street. You will report to the Director of Cricket and oversee performance, player development and staff leadership in England’s domestic competitions.
The role requires strategic planning, a track record of cultural change, and a commitment to inclusive, high-performance environments. Some out-of-hours work is expected as part of this fixed-term contract.
