The Company Secretary and Governance Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Kent Cricket Foundation operates to the highest standards of governance, compliance and organisational effectiveness. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Chair, Vice-Chair, Board and Senior Management Team, the post-holder will lead and manage the Foundation's governance framework, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, Charity Commission and ECB requirements.
