Kent Cricket is seeking an outstanding leader to become the Club’s Director of Cricket, reporting to the CEO and shaping the strategic direction of cricket across all levels, from youth pathways to professional teams.
The role will drive long-term performance strategy, oversee the Academy and talent pathways, and ensure alignment of development through to the Men’s First XI and Women’s programme within Kent Cricket’s senior leadership structure.
