Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up freshly prepared meals from CribNosh Food Creators (FCs) within your local area.
  • Professional Transfer: Arrive at the FC's location on time to collect meals, verifying order accuracy and ensuring secure handling.
  • Safe Transportation: Transport meals securely in the provided thermal bags, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Customer Centricity: Provide a friendly, respectful, and efficient hand-off to the customer, reflecting the high standards of the CribNosh brand.
  • Logistics: Utilize the CribNosh Delivery App for routing, order tracking, and clear communication regarding pickup and drop-off times.
  • Eco-Conscious Handling: Handle all meals and eco-friendly packaging with care to maintain food quality and support our commitment to sustainability.

Requirements

  • Must reside within Edinburgh.
  • Access to a bike, scooter, or car with valid UK driving or riding license (where applicable).
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Basic communication skills and customer service attitude.
  • Ability to use smartphone apps for route navigation and order updates.
  • Ability to follow strict food handling and delivery protocols.
  • Punctuality, honesty, and respect for safety protocols.
  • Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
