We are looking for passionate Caterers/Chefs to join our sincere, family-oriented Market Place in the United Kingdom (Edinburgh). This role is perfect for anyone with a passion for cooking and a dream to share their family culture and unique recipes with a community craving a taste of home; all while earning from their comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Management: Create and update a transparent menu, including clear ingredient and allergy information.
  • Meal Preparation: Cook and package orders efficiently based on real-time and scheduled (subscription) demand.
  • Quality & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to the highest local food safety and hygiene standards within your kitchen.
  • Order Readiness: Prepare meals for quick, secure hand-off to our delivery drivers at the scheduled time to ensure timely meal fulfillment.
  • Manage your menu, portion sizes, and ingredient sourcing with consistency and creativity.
  • Uphold CribNosh values of authenticity, sustainability, and community-driven service.
Requirements
  • Proven passion and ability to produce high-quality, delicious bulk meals consistently.
  • Must reside in Edinburgh.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage small-scale production.
  • Understanding of different cuisines and cultural food traditions (African/Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Afro Fusion etc). (We encourage applicants from all food backgrounds, professional or non-traditional.)
  • Experience as a caterer, chef, home cook.
  • Access to a clean, functional kitchen space suitable for safe food preparation.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a UK Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate (CribNosh can guide you).
  • Willingness to register your kitchen with your local council as a Food Business Operator.
  • Passion for community-driven or creator-led platforms.
  • Friendly, reliable, and eager to grow within a supportive culinary network.
