DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Business, is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a household name wholesaler in Bury, Manchester.
Our client is a wholesale foodservice partner supplying education, healthcare, and hospitality sectors in the North of England for over 60 years. They offer fresh, frozen & non‑food products with ethical & sustainable sourcing.
Duties
- Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Deliver consumables to schools, palletised.
- Handle handballing as required.
- Make up to 10 drops.
- Adhere to all road traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain excellent tachograph knowledge and driving hours compliance.
Requirements
- Current CPC Licence.
- Current Digital Tachograph Licence.
- Effective team member who works well on own initiative.
- Excellent attitude to work and self‑motivated.
- Extremely reliable, punctual and excellent timekeeping.
- Strong communication skills.
Hours
Monday to Friday (4/5 am starts).
