What We Offer:
- £41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential
- Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first three months and 10% monthly profit share thereafter

Your Role And Requirements:
- Work Monday to Friday (days) and Saturday mornings only
- Perform multi‑skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
- Deliver high‑quality repairs meeting business and customer standards
- Provide excellent customer service every time
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance with accurate documentation
- Previous experience in multi‑skilled vehicle body repair
- BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
- ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
