Vehicle Body Repair Technician – Birmingham, West Midlands. Are you a skilled vehicle body repair technician looking for a role where you can develop your career with a market-leading company? What We Offer:
- £780–£820 per week basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential
- Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first three months
- 10% monthly profit share bonus after 3 months

Your Role & Requirements:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm–11pm
- Carry out multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paintwork, panel beating, and mechanical & electrical repairs
- Deliver high-quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
- Provide impeccable customer service every time
- Maintain health and safety compliance with accurate documentation
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in vehicle body repair; ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
- Strong technical skills with great attention to detail
