What We Offer:
- £41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary + uncapped bonus potential
- Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first 3 months + 10% monthly profit share

Your Role:
- Work Monday to Friday (days) plus Saturday mornings
- Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
- Deliver high-quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
- Provide excellent customer service every time
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Previous multi-skilled vehicle body repair experience
- BS 10125 or NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
- ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
