Our client in Newbury is looking for a new Contracts Administrator to join their growing team at the leading recycling processing hub in the UK. This company has a major focus on sustainability and is looking for someone with strong communication and administrative skills to manage a portfolio of high profile clients.

Pay & Shift:
- £30,000 per annum
- 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)
Main Duties:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of key contracts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Overseeing contract compliance, cost control, and timely invoicing.
- Preparing accurate costings and quotations for new business opportunities.
- Producing detailed monthly reports to inform business decisions.
- Collaborating directly with the Managing Director to support business growth.
- Assisting with general administration within the Contracts Department as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing and developing client accounts.
- Waste or Recycling industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
