Experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset. Join our client, an independent, manufacturer-approved accident repair specialist established in the 1990s. Covering Weston-super-Mare and the South West, we pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and a supportive working environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected business offering stable hours and career progression.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £16 to £19 per hour (£640 - £760 basic per week based on 40 hours) plus a bonus for time saved
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; no weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: sanding, cleaning, filling, masking for optimal paint adhesion
- Paint Mixing: selecting, mixing, tinting paints using computer software
- Application: spraying primers, base, and clear coats evenly with HVLP/airless guns
- Quality Control: inspecting finishes, performing touch-ups as needed
- Equipment Management: maintaining spray guns, compressors, and booths
- Safety & Compliance: strict adherence to PPE and environmental guidelines
