The Operations Director for Cubis Systems & NAL leads end-to-end operations, safety and performance across Network Access Products locations, in Lurgan and Tallington. You manage senior teams spanning Site Operations, Logistics, Asset Management and Projects, reporting to the Managing Director to hit growth, margin, service and sustainability targets.
You will shape and execute an operations strategy, own full P&L for operating plans, and drive continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM).
