About the Role

Drive sales growth, converting sales opportunities into orders, developing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service through proactive account management and project tracking from quotation through to order placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries via telephone, email, video calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage major projects and key accounts within designated geographic/customer segment areas not directly covered by others.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, liaising with technical teams, commercial management and other Leviat departments where required.
  • Proactively follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure profitable orders.
  • Actively manage projects from quotation stage through to order placement.
  • Support and develop specified key accounts within assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and target accounts.
  • Conduct customer reviews, product training and trading support activities as required.
  • Proactively contact customers to maximise sales opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake external customer visits to develop business relationships and support sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technical and Design teams both pre- and post-sale to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operational and commercial teams.
