About The Role
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our existing UK Masonry sales team based in Sheffield, UK
The role is responsible for building & maintaining relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability. In addition, it is also responsible for encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
In this role you\’ll:
- Respond to questions and queries both internally and from our customers (telephone, email, video calling, face to face)
- Prepare quotations – Liaising with Leviat external teams, technical teams and commercial management where required.
- Proactively undertake quotation follow up calls.
- Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
- Liaise with other departments pre and post sale (including finance, operations technical and design)
Experience & Qualifications
To be successful in this role you\’ll need:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English grades A-C
- To be an enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- To be methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.
- To be computer literate (Particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)
- To possess a good attention to detail and to be accurate.
- To be able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally experience of working in a construction or manufacturing business.
- A proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.
- To be able to read and understand technical drawings.
