If you’re ready to take ownership of a region and represent a premium product range trusted across the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Growing sales and expanding our reach across the North Region
  • Building strong partnerships with merchants, main contractors, and groundwork specialists

  • Owning your territory, managing your pipeline, and driving results
  • Working closely with our HQ team to deliver a seamless, premium service
  • Using CRM tools (Goldmine & MS Dynamics) to stay organised and ahead of the game

This is a role for someone who loves autonomy, thrives on results, and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years selling drainage or heavy civil products
  • Experience with sustainable drainage solutions
  • Strong technical understanding — from stormwater storage to flow control and treatment
  • A successful track record with builders’ merchants, contractors, and premium product ranges
  • Confident, persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated approach — you own your territory and your outcomes
  • Ability to follow projects through from first conversation to closing the deal

Must-Haves:

  • 2x Life Assurance
  • Sick pay
  • Employee referral scheme
  • Mental Health First Aiders
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Flu jabs
  • And the chance to represent a premium, respected brand in a thriving market

If you’re driven, commercially sharp, and ready to be the face of a premium drainage brand in the North, this is your next move.

What Hydro International Offers You:

  • A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion
  • Highly competitive salary package
  • Comprehensive secondary benefits
  • Significant contribution to your pension plan
  • Excellent opportunities to develop and progress with a global organization
