Cubis Systems is seeking an HR Coordinator for a maternity cover role at our Tallington site. You will be the first point of contact for site operations managers and supervisors on generalist HR matters, handling queries, records, onboarding and recruitment support.
You will coordinate training, manage performance reviews for weekly-paid staff, maintain HR records and contribute to safety and engagement initiatives across sites. A HR degree and strong MS Office skills are essential.
