This role will be to provide transactional administration support across all areas of HR, including the employee lifecycle of which they will take ownership of this and play a pivotal role in ensuring these process are legally compliant. Play a key role in ensuring we have brilliant basics in place from an HR Administration perspective. This role will work in partnership with the UK HR Advisors to make process improvements and work towards being fit for future.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Effective employee lifecycle administration and management (starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, ad-hoc payment)
- Amendments to contractual & personal details - transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements
- Employee master data and associated records are maintained
- Head up the recruitment processes and manage the administration, working with local management teams to support them with the end to end recruitment process
- Suggest improvements to HR processes ensuring we have brilliant basics in place
- Support in HR KPI data and reporting
- Effective support for HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisors and Head of HR
- Play a key role in project teams as and when required
- Focus on automation and digitally enabled HR administration ensuring we are fit for future
- Support low level ER cases working along side the management teams
- Support and administer the employee performance lifecycle through success factors system
- Strong HR Administration experience
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes and practices
- Experience of working in the manufacturing/engineering sector not essential but would be advantageous.
- Experience in SAP HR systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
