Flexible Location | Hybrid Working
While our head office is based at The Hub, Mountsorrel (Leicestershire), we can offer a range of office locations across the UK, combined with flexible hybrid working.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day estate matters across freehold and leasehold properties
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and agents
- Identifying opportunities to generate income from Tarmac's land portfolio
- Supporting property cost management, repairs and maintenance programmes
- Managing relationships with external consultants and property agents
What we're looking for:
- Experience within UK industrial and commercial property
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation
- Proven ability to negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals and estate management matters
- Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel across the UK when required
Experience within the minerals, aggregates or related sectors would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
