As Project Planner for Project Falcon at Tarmac, you will own the integrated schedule across the transformation programme. You'll translate complex workstreams into actionable delivery plans, analyse critical paths, and provide visibility and forecasts to senior stakeholders. This role sits at the heart of a large-scale transformation, focusing on schedule integrity, risk management, and cross-team coordination to keep milestones on track. You'll collaborate with delivery teams and PMO to drive robust planning and reporting, contributing to safe, sustainable, and responsible delivery. - Develop and integrate detailed workstream plans across business, technology, data, testing, change and readiness
- Manage task sequencing, dependencies, calendars, milestones and baselines
- Update progress and forecasts from delivery leads
- Monitor critical and near-critical paths and raise risks early
- Facilitate cross-workstream dependency reviews and highlight scheduling conflicts
- Produce planning insights and schedule reporting for governance and reviews
- Support RAID management through schedule impact analysis
- Maintain planning records, baselines, assumptions and changes
Tasks
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, Planning Analyst or Scheduler on complex programmes
- Detailed project scheduling, critical path analysis, dependency management
- Milestone tracking, baseline control, schedule risk analysis, recovery planning
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across levels
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields (as stated)
- Desirable certifications: APM, PRINCE2, PMP, MS Project or Primavera
