Key Responsibilities
- Campaign planning: Collaborate with the marketing director, clinic operations director, marketing team, medical professionals and other relevant stakeholders to develop a marketing campaign and events plan and, after approval, manage its execution and monitor return.
- Timeline and execution: Create and manage campaign and event timelines to ensure that all elements are executed on schedule, monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Content creation: Manage and create engaging and informative content of marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, including posts, images, videos and infographics, that educates, informs and entertains the intended target audience, while adhering to healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
- Creative design: Work with designers and content creators to develop eye-catching and engaging campaign materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- CRM: Responsible for the local optimisation of lead and patient communication within the CRM system. Creating communication workflows and content, evaluating performance and collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Campaign performance: Assess the impact of campaigns by tracking KPIs, including patient acquisition rates, appointment bookings, website traffic and social media engagement.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and campaign refinement. Ensure data captured reflect KPIs and are tracked accurately and effectively across clinics.
Education & Professional Qualification
Marketing related qualification such as degree or CIM
