The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to start or grow their career in sales. As a Sales Consultant, you will promote our cleaning services to new and existing clients, generate leads, and build long-lasting business relationships. No previous sales experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings
  • Build relationships with commercial clients across sectors such as offices, hospitality, retail, and property management
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning services and solutions
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM system
