Job Title: Private Client Lawyer Location: Nottingham Salary: £40,000 – £52,000 (DOE) + Excellent Progression Opportunities Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm based in Nottingham. This is a pivotal role within a forward-thinking legal practice that places great emphasis on client service, innovation, and internal progression. You’ll be dealing with a wide range of private client matters, with a strong focus on wills, probate, estate planning, powers of attorney, and trusts. Key Responsibilities: * Drafting and advising on wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and inheritance tax planning * Administering estates and managing probate applications from start to finish * Providing clear, compassionate advice to a wide range of clients * Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex estate and trust matters * Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision * Helping develop and nurture client relationships and business development initiatives What We’re Looking For: * Qualified solicitor or legal executive (2+ years PQE preferred, but all levels considered) * Strong understanding of wills, probate, trusts and general private client work * Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and meet deadlines * Personable and professional communicator with a client-first approach * Desire to grow within the firm and take advantage of clear and rapid progression routes What’s on Offer: * Salary: £40,000 – £52,000 depending on experience * Structured and fast-tracked career progression with clear pathways to senior roles * Forward-thinking, supportive team culture * Flexible and modern working environment * Exposure to a wide variety of interesting and high-value private client matters * Ongoing training and personal development support Why Join Us?
