The Role: We are looking for driven and personable Customer Account Managers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building and managing your own base of customers, guiding them through the claims process, and helping them recover money that is rightfully theirs. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own pipeline of clients in PAYE tax rebates or mis-sold car finance claims
- Contact and engage leads using a mixture of phone, email, and digital communications
- Guide customers through the claims process from start to finish with confidence and care
- Educate clients about their rights and potential compensation
- Maintain detailed records of case progress and client engagement
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Operate in line with FCA regulatory standards where applicable
