Role Overview In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding our client base within the manned guarding sector. This is a strategic sales role ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, a robust network, and a proven track record in winning security contracts. Key Responsibilities * Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of manned guarding services. * Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach. * Conduct site visits, client consultations, and risk assessments to develop tailored proposals. * Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and tender submissions. * Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and compliance. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth contract mobilisation and delivery. * Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Candidate Requirements * Proven success in a BDM or BDD role within manned guarding or security services. * Strong knowledge of SIA regulations, guarding compliance, and service delivery models. * Demonstrated experience in closing new business contracts and hitting sales targets. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and strategically in a target-driven environment. * Proficient in CRM tools, tendering platforms, and Microsoft Office. * Full UK driving licence (role may involve travel to client sites).
