Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management on an ongoing contract basis. You\βll manage diaries, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and provide high-level administrative support across multiple luxury residential construction projects.
Hybrid working is available between the office, site, and home, although full-time office attendance is required during the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA support to senior management, including diary and inbox management
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate travel
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding activities and occasional company events
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PA supporting senior leadership
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in construction is beneficial but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: Β£38,000.00-Β£42,000.00 per year
