The opportunity:
As a Structured Cabling Engineer (Installations Technician) this is your chance to work with one of the UKs most exciting names in the sports technology and live entertainment space. They install products and equipment that inspire viewers, excite crowds, and transform spaces. For over 30 years, this company has partnered with some of the worlds most famous sporting events, stadiums, brands, events, and venues to visually transform physical spaces with future proof concepts. It's a world class company, with world class products and a world class team.
Day to day:
In your role as an Installations and Service Technician you'll work alongside the projects and operations team, installing, commissioning, and maintaining LED / AV / Screens and systems at client sites across the UK. Key aspects of your role will be:
- Build and install AV and rack-based systems.
- Maintain, service, and upgrade technical equipment.
- Research, design and develop proof of concepts / solutions for a variety of innovative projects.
- Manage incidents and faults, documenting progress, and escalating where necessary.
