We’re working with an established electrical engineering business looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead HV/LV project delivery from their Hamilton office. This is a senior role covering project performance, team leadership, commercial delivery, client relationships & business growth. You’ll take ownership of HV & LV project profit centres, managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control & contract performance, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably & right first time.

The Role:

  • Managing & developing HV/LV project teams
  • Owning project P&L, budgets, forecasting & cash flow
  • Driving profitability, cost control & operational performance
  • Managing contracts, project scope, resources & delivery standards
  • Building client relationships & identifying new business opportunities
  • Supporting quotations, tenders & future pipeline growth
  • Ensuring compliance with HV/LV safety rules, quality & H&S standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • HV/LV electrical engineering services background
  • Contracts, operations or project management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen across P&L & budgets
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Ability to manage clients, tenders & project delivery
  • SMSTS or Health & Safety for Managers preferred
  • 5+ years in a management role within engineering
