We’re working with an established electrical engineering business looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead HV/LV project delivery from their Hamilton office. This is a senior role covering project performance, team leadership, commercial delivery, client relationships & business growth. You’ll take ownership of HV & LV project profit centres, managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control & contract performance, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably & right first time.
The Role:
- Managing & developing HV/LV project teams
- Owning project P&L, budgets, forecasting & cash flow
- Driving profitability, cost control & operational performance
- Managing contracts, project scope, resources & delivery standards
- Building client relationships & identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting quotations, tenders & future pipeline growth

What We’re Looking For:
