Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades across customer environments
- Provide technical consultancy and senior-level support when required
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements
- Troubleshoot complex issues
- See projects through from design to delivery
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Help improve internal processes where opportunities arise
- Support the wider engineering team by sharing knowledge
- Act as an escalation point for more technical challenges
