IT Service Transition Coordinator – Fully Remote – 12 month FTC As the IT Service Transition Analyst you will come on board to work with the teams to help provide a consistent and effective transition from project to BAU support. The post holder will be required to have excellent communication and organisation skills. This role within the Service Management function will work closely with the project teams, service owner and service delivery manager, Service Desk and field teams, change enablement and the infrastructure teams. Please note this role is fully remote and is a 12 month fixed term contract. Main duties and responsibilities: Working with the project managers to co-ordinate transition strategy for my client to bring projects into BAU support. Develop effective relationships with colleagues across my client. Develop and maintain close working relationships with the IT support teams, manager and senior business contacts Work with project and support teams to support the transition activities for specific projects being moved into support environment. Work with project and support teams to co-ordinate and document what the process from project to support should look like for their projects. Work with project and support teams to co-ordinate and document what the support process into Service should look like, Work with project and support teams to define any hypercare requirements and help coordinate the resource requirements. Work with project and support teams to document requirements for BAU support and help support resource allocation. Support and document transition activities and ensure all support requirements are captured working with project managers to ensure all risk and issues captured. Ensure ITIL processes are followed in the transition process, e.g change enablement. Form effective relationships between the teams and be the bridge between project and support. Key Skills required, Experience supporting transition process within IT organisation ITIL qualified V3 or V4 Self-motivated and looking for a challenge Able to think quickly, with integrity and respect to colleagues, and able to implement at breath-taking pace.
