We are currently recruiting two Senior Project Managers / Programme Managers to support a large-scale system implementation programme within a complex, regulated environment. This is a high-profile, business-critical initiative, ideally suited to experienced delivery professionals with a strong background in enterprise system implementations.

The Role

You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major systems programme, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers. The role requires strong governance, planning, and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring successful outcomes across timelines, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale system implementation projects or programmes
  • Establish and maintain robust project / programme governance
  • Manage senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, milestones, and outcomes

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager
  • Track record of delivering complex system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within regulated or highly complex environments
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within the healthcare sector
  • Background delivering programmes involving clinical, operational, or enterprise systems
