Soraya, coming into London mid-June 2026, offers guests an exceptional culinary experience, celebrating the rich and vibrant flavours of Persian cuisine in an exquisite setting. Soraya’s menu is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, designed to delight and encourage communal feasting. Signature dishes such as Mast O Khair, Lamb Koobideh, Chicken Joujeh, and Ghaymeh Bedemjan highlight traditional Persian recipes, while innovative plates showcase the team’s genius.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver high service standards
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
  • Conduct pre-service briefings and provide continuous coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day service by coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle complaints professionally
  • Maintain strong menu knowledge to support service quality and team guidance
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, staffing, and operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and health & safety regulations
  • Step in during busy periods to assist the team and maintain service flow
