The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
Site Compliance and Visitor Assistant will provide administrative support for activities throughout CRFS facilities. The role will cover planning and organisation of guests on site both before and during their visit. Support will also be given to security procedures, health and safety and maintaining office supplies. There will be additional opportunity to collaborate with every department in the business and creatively contribute to various projects. Above all, we are looking for someone who cares as much as we do that our customers and staff receive exceptional service in a facility that meets the needs of everyone. Duties and responsibilities
- Co-ordinate visitor bookings and complete induction for both guests and contractors
- Co-ordinate contractor onboarding including security checks and proactive follow up with relevant teams
- Liase with colleagues for guest travel arrangements, booking schedules and ID verification on arrival
- Organise catering, office supplies and meeting room allocation and preparation
- Assist in maintaining records for facility maintenance and health and safety practices
- Answer main telephone line, screen and direct calls
- Other clerical tasks such as filing and data entry as required
Experience and Qualifications Required
- At least two years of experience working in a similar role
- Experience in general guest and building care, with knowledge of Health and Safety practices desirable
- The ability to organise and manage own workload, including repeat and one-off tasks
- Attention to detail: proof-reading all work and checking formatting, spelling and grammar
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- Proficient in Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
