CRFS is looking for a Project Manager to manage cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality RF technology solutions on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including but not limited to:
- Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
- Track project performance and report progress and KPI to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
- Profile and manage resources across multiple Engineering projects.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Successful track record of delivering complex Engineering projects to specification, time and cost into Production.
- Experience of project management best practice: risk management, compliance management, configuration management and earned value management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in RF, defence, or embedded systems industries.
