About the role:
Our Operations team sits at the heart of Crezco’s customer experience. As an Onboarding Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new customers are seamlessly integrated into our platform balancing speed, accuracy and compliance. In a lean and high performing fintech team, you'll also contribute across functions including Customer Support and Payment Operations, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of customer engagement. You will therefore be key in helping our Support and Payments teams with ongoing customer engagement and product utilisation.
You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence in our processes, collaborating closely with peers to continuously improve how we bring customers onboard and support them. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational scalability, and our ability to grow in a regulated environment.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring an efficient setup and a first-class user experience.
- Conduct onboarding checks, including KYC/KYB and other regulatory verifications, in line with our financial compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve the onboarding experience and support Crezco’s scalability.
- Act as a key point of contact for onboarding-related queries from customers and internal teams.
- Support reconciliation and reporting requirements.
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience in a fintech, financial services, or regulated environment.
- Experience with onboarding processes, KYC/KYB procedures, and/or customer lifecycle management.
- Experience building and maintaining efficient processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving start-up environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience.
