About CrewPass

CrewPass modernises background screening and compliance for the global yachting and maritime industry. We help yacht owners, managers, agencies, and crew move faster with less admin, without compromising on standards. We’re building an AI-powered compliance platform that turns fragmented paperwork into a verified, portable crew profile. For crew, it means one place to manage identity checks, background screening, certificates, and expiry tracking. For employers, it means instant visibility of who has what, what’s missing, and what needs renewing, so hiring and onboarding becomes simple, transparent, and trusted.

Tasks

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, organised Marketing Executive to own and grow CrewPass’s digital presence. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy, where you’ll help shape how CrewPass shows up online and across the industry. Yachting or maritime experience is a bonus, but not essential; what matters most is that you’re proactive, creative, and excited to work in a fast-growing startup. You’ll be based in Bournemouth, working from a vibrant co-working space alongside the founder, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week). The space is home to a community of motivated, like-minded people, with regular members-only networking and social events. You’ll also attend approximately four international industry events per year, accompanying the founder to major yacht shows and maritime events such as:

  • Palma International Boat Show
  • Monaco Yacht Show
  • METStrade Amsterdam

If you’re looking for a role where you can make your mark, take ownership, and grow with a business in the superyacht industry, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Managing CrewPass’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels
  • Planning content calendars and scheduling posts across platforms
  • Updating website content and writing blog articles
  • Designing graphics and visual content
  • Ensuring all content stays on-brand and on-message
  • Attending industry events to capture content and support marketing activity

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content creation

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Nice to Have

  • Yacht crew or maritime industry experience
  • Experience with tools such as Framer, Mailchimp, Canva, and Figma
  • Photo and/or video content creation skills

You’re Probably Someone Who

  • Is creative but highly organised
  • Wants a long-term role where you can grow and leave your mark
  • Works well independently without needing close supervision
  • Has a strong understanding of tone of voice and brand consistency
  • Enjoys a challenge and picks up new information quickly
