Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our successful team, who can demonstrate their passion for excellence, commitment and drive to succeed. Experience in the horticultural, agricultural or automotive parts and accessory supply business would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
Responsibilities
- Identify and order parts for customers taken by telephone, email and at the shop counter.
- Identify and order parts for the workshop and sales department.
- Receive spare parts orders and allocate to the correct binning locations.
- Pick orders accurately and supply to workshop and customers.
- Assist with the management of stock control.
- Answer the telephone, assist in the showroom and generally assist customers in the store.
- Handle customer enquiries about spare parts, provide technical support and offer assistance with parts selection.
- Support sales of spare parts, garden machinery and related products.
