A leading residential development company is seeking a detail-oriented Utility & Operations Administrator to join their Operations team. This is a dynamic role supporting several cross-functional areas including fleet and plant management, utilities administration, and building services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across Fleet, Plant, Building Services, and Utilities departments
Track requests, compile reports, and manage departmental queries
Support fleet and plant documentation and processes
Assist with diary management, scheduling, and documentation for department leads
Submit utility applications and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Compile ESG and other reporting data for various operational needs
Contribute to internal audits and process development across operations functionsCandidate Requirements:

2-3 years\’ experience in a busy administrative role
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable managing high-volume administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
