Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000

Join a leading residential developer as a Technical Coordinator, supporting the design and technical delivery of high-quality housing, duplexes, and apartment schemes in South & West Dublin. Be part of a forward-thinking team that values design, innovation, and quality.

What You\’ll Do

Manage technical info from planning stage to construction

Support pre-construction design coordination

Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on preferred solutions

Organise and lead design team meetings and workshops

Ensure quality and customer-focused designs

Develop internal design guidance documents

Track new technologies like timber frame and modular systems

Ensure compliance with building regs and certification standards

Provide practical solutions for day-to-day site design issues

What You\’ll Need

Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology

3+ years of experience in residential design or development

Strong knowledge of detailing, compliance, and construction methods

CAD proficiency and ability to sketch technical ideas

Experience with timber frame/offsite systems is a plus

Solid team coordination and communication skills

Self-driven and detail-oriented

Full driving licence and flexibility to travel locally
