Location: Co. Kerry

Type: Fixed-term (24 months, with potential 12-month extension to a total of 3 years)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30-16:30

Salary: €37,000-€40,000

About the role

Join a delivery team supporting multiple flood-protection and civil engineering works across the region. Our client acts as PSCS under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, so accuracy, safety administration and audit-ready records are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Health & Safety admin: Maintain PRA/RAMS/SSWP and subcontractor registers; track training/insurances; assist with Safety Data Sheets.
  • Financial admin: Monthly spend tracking; supplier/PO summaries for engineers.
  • Procurement admin: Update procurement register; coordinate POs; run price competitions per engineer specs; collate RFT submissions; manage delivery dockets.
  • Environmental admin: File specialist reports; retain waste-movement records.
  • Technical admin: Drawing and RFI registers; service-drawing files; equipment calibration register.
  • Quality & general: Materials-testing registers; weekly logs and site photos; allocation sheets; Alfresco/email filing; minutes (site & subcontractor meetings); time cards; sick-cert tracking; plant & PPE registers.

You’ll bring

  • 2+ years in a Site Administrator/Site Clerk/Document Controller role (construction).
  • Strong MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and accurate data entry.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
  • High attention to detail; numerate; able to multitask to tight deadlines.
  • English proficiency required.
